After you are finished making your own dumplings, the brothers will help you cook them so you can enjoy a tasty meal.

Winner of NBC's Last Comic Standing, Dat Phan performed his stand-up comedy routine at Cornell University in front of a crowd of 300 plus. After his comedy portion, Dat showed a video of his career highlights and held a Q & A session with the audience. After the show, fans even got the chance to take pictures with Dat and get his autograph. This event was co-sponsored by APAA and CVA. All proceeds went to the Southern Cayuga Middle School Science Program.

Recognizing the importance of the election year, the brothers of Pi Delta Psi, Sigma Pi, and the sisters of Kappa Delta hosted a discussion forum centered around the third Presidential Debate of 2004. Sponsored by the Creating Chapters of Excellence Program.

As the sole minority organizations to be honored Chapter of the Year by Cornell Administration, Pi Delta Psi and Omega Phi Beta collaborated to bring the official Slope Day afterparty. The biggest end of the year party covered three floors of the Alpha Delta Phi house.

One party is sometimes never enough. Following the successful ESCAPE party, Allure helped jump-start the semester out of the cold weather. Hosted with the sisters of Kappa Phi Lambda.

Pi Delta Psi sponsored our 4th annual self defense workshop including a Presentation by the CU Police and an interactive demonstration by local self defense instructors. With helpful safety tips from the CU Police as well as simple yet effective self-defense moves, those who participated in the event learned to avoid as well as react to dangerous situations. This program was started in response to a racial/sexual attack that occurred on campus in the fall of 2000. By continuing to empower students, we hope to prevent future attacks of the nature.

Celebrating the end of another successful semester, the brothers of Pi Delta Psi bring back the infamous PDP Blizzard and jello drinks for relaxing students.

The brothers of Pi Delta Psi fight the snow and cold weather to collect donations for the Ithaca Salvation Army. In our continuing efforts to help the needy, we collected money that was put to good use, clothing and feeding the homeless. With the help of the sisters of aKDPhi, Wiggums as Santa Claus, and some helpful reindeers, we received a great response from the Cornell community in this season of giving.

I Was Born with Two Tongues is a rap/slam poetry spoken-word group featured in last year's A Magazine "25 Most Influential Asians in America" article for their outspoken response to Asian and Asian-American issues often dealt with in silence. Similar to last year's self defense workshop, Pi Delta Psi will be sponsoring a program in Robert Purcell Community Center in order to teach and educate students self measures and precautions when walking around a college campus. The program will include information on previous bias-related incidents at Cornell, a presentation by CU Police, and an interactive demonstration by a self-defense instructor from the local Ithaca community. At the end of last year's workshop, people were breaking boards with their bare hands, so come on out and empower yourself!

Pi Delta Psi will be throwing an afterparty for CSA's Semi-Formal on the last day of classes. This party is being thrown with the permission of CSA. Come check out the debut of the PDPsi Blackout, Inferno, and Blizzard!

In a combined effort to raise money for the Salvation Army during the season where they needed help the most, Pi Delta Psi Fraternity and Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority teamed up to adopt a kettle and collect more than $400 dollars from the Cornell community. As a special bonus, if a participant donated two dollars Pi Delta Psi and Kappa Phi Lambda paid for them to have their picture taken and posted on a card which was sent to the Salvation Army!

Asian Pacific Americans for Action (APAA) asked Pi Delta Psi to help co-sponsor, along with the Cornell Asian Pacific-Islander Students Union, a party to close their celebration of Asian-American Heritage week.

As part of Asian American Heritage Week, a weeklong celebration of Asian culture organized by Asian Pacific Americans for Action, Pi Delta Psi helped sponsor Dennis Kim of the spoken-word group I Was Born with 2 Tongues and the group Feedback to come perform at Cornell. The performance consisted of poetry, music, and prose related to the Asian experience in America. This event was fully funded by Pi Delta Psi and AAP, and provided absolutely free to the Ithaca Community.

Event Horizon - the party that kept Spring Break going. Held during the week after Cornell students returned from Spring Break, Pi Delta Psi brothers from Rochester and Binghamton traveled to Cornell for the event.

Phaze II was the flagship party for Pi Delta Psi's Spring 2001 Rush. The 2nd installment of the first ever back to back party weekend for Cornell Pi Delta Psi. Drawing a crowd of several hundred people despite the harsh Ithaca winter.

As a response to the recent racial/sexual attack that occured on September 16th, 2000, Pi Delta Psi is hosting a Self-Defense/Safety workshop to educate and inform the Cornell Community. Present will be Judo and self-defense instructors, Cornell University Police, and other members of the Cornell Community who will provide some helpful hints on how to protect yourself. Self-defense tactics will be demonstrated to better educate the community on what to do in the case of an attack. All are invited and encouraged to attend this event, absolutely free to the Cornell Community.
